Sweepstakes Name: Lone Star Winners 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).

Sponsor (“Sponsor”): Lone Star Winners LLC, 3601 N Grimes St Ste 400 PMB 263, Hobbs, NM 88240.

Administrator (“Administrator”): Enteractive Solutions Group, 1612 W. Olive Avenue, Suite 300, Burbank, CA 91506

1. Entrant Eligibility. An “Entrant” is a person who (i) is a legal resident of the District of Columbia or one of the fifty (50) United States, excluding Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, and New York, (ii) is at least 18 years old and has reached the age of majority in the state in which the Entrant resides at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes, (iii) is not on the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security Denied Persons or Entity Lists, is not on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Specially Designated Nationals List, and is not on the U.S. Department of Commerce Table of Denial Orders, and (iv) complies with the Method of Entry and Entry Requirements in Section 4 below. Officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, partners, employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Administrator, and any vendor participating in the Sweepstakes, as well as their respective parent companies (if any), subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of where they live), and persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter. The purchase of Sponsor merchandise by a person who is not an Entrant does not constitute an entry into the Sweepstakes and does not entitle that person to win a prize. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, publicity release.

2. Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on November 8, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

3. Disqualification. Without limitation, an Entrant may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, if the Entrant (i) fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements in Section 1, (ii) fails to comply with the Method of Entry and Entry Requirements in Section 4, (iii) engages in fraud or deliberately attempts to circumvent entry limits, or (iv) violates or fails to comply with these Official Rules.

4. Method of Entry and Entry Requirements. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. SEE BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS.

During the Entry Period, an Entrant may obtain entries through any combination of the methods described below, subject to a maximum of ten thousand (10,000) entries per Entrant. References to purchases below refer to merchandise and entry packages available on Sponsor’s website at https://LoneStarWinners.com, or at any other link Sponsor may use in the future to offer products for sale.

Option 1: Purchase Entry. An Entrant who purchases Sponsor merchandise receives one entry for each full $1.00 of the purchase price paid, excluding taxes and shipping. Entries are automatically applied to the purchasing customer’s account, subject to the 10,000-entry maximum. Entries attributable to a purchase that is refunded, reversed, or charged back are void and will be canceled. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve an Entrant’s odds of winning.

Option 2: Purchase of Entry Package. An Entrant may purchase an entry package offered on Sponsor’s website. Each entry package awards two entries for each full $1.00 of the package price paid, excluding taxes, and the number of entries included in each package is stated on the page where the package is offered. Entries from entry packages are subject to the 10,000-entry maximum, and the voiding and cancellation provision in Option 1 applies to entry-package purchases that are refunded, reversed, or charged back.

Option 3: Free Alternative Method of Entry by Mail. An Entrant may obtain entries without making a purchase by mailing a handwritten postcard or three-by-five-inch index card to the address below. Each valid card equals two thousand (2,000) entries. Limit five (5) cards per Entrant during the Entry Period, and no more than two (2) cards may be included in one (1) envelope. To be valid, each card must be handwritten by the Entrant and include the Entrant’s full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and signature, and must be mailed to:

Lone Star Winners LLC Attn: Sweepstakes Entries 3601 N Grimes St Ste 400 PMB 263 Hobbs, NM 88240

Mailed cards must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received by Sponsor no later than the close of the Entry Period on November 8, 2026. A card postmarked during the Entry Period and received by that deadline will be deemed received during the Entry Period. Mail-in entries that are incomplete, illegible, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules are void. Cards become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Bonus Entry Periods. Sponsor may announce limited bonus periods during which entries under Option 1, Option 2, or both will be multiplied by an announced factor of up to ten (10) times (for example, 2X, 5X, or 10X). If more than one bonus period applies to the same entry, only the highest multiplier will apply and multipliers will not stack. The maximum of 10,000 entries remains fixed during each bonus period. A bonus multiplier does not apply to mail-in entries, and each valid mail-in card continues to be worth two thousand (2,000) entries. Bonus periods and their multipliers will be announced on Sponsor’s website before they begin.

Entry Limits. Limit ten thousand (10,000) entries per Entrant during the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry or combination of methods. Entries exceeding this combined maximum are void, and only the excess entries will be disregarded. Merely exceeding this combined maximum will not by itself disqualify an Entrant or invalidate otherwise valid entries. Fraud or deliberate attempts to circumvent entry limits remain grounds for disqualification under Section 3. Entries are recorded by Entrant. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

5. Odds of Winning. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD. Each Entrant’s odds of winning are determined by dividing the number of eligible entries held by that Entrant by the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

6. Prizes. There will be two (2) winners. The first winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will have the right to select one (1) of the following two vehicles: (a) a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, VIN 3GCNAAED4SG368586, with approximately 14,529 miles (the “Silverado”); or (b) a 2024 GMC Sierra Single Cab (the “GMC Sierra”). The Silverado has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $45,000. The vehicle selected by the Grand Prize Winner (the “Selected Vehicle”) is awarded “as is,” without warranty of any kind beyond any manufacturer warranty that may remain in effect and be transferable. The mileage stated for the Silverado is approximate as of the publication date of these Official Rules and may increase before delivery due to promotional displays and transportation. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all title, registration, and license fees, all motor-vehicle sales, use, and excise taxes, insurance from the time of delivery, and all costs of operating the Selected Vehicle. Sponsor will arrange delivery of the Selected Vehicle to the Grand Prize Winner at a mutually agreed location within the eligible states, and title will be transferred to the Grand Prize Winner at the time of delivery. The second winner (the “Second Prize Winner”) will receive three thousand dollars ($3,000) in cash (the “Second Prize”).

If the Selected Vehicle is stolen, damaged, or otherwise unavailable before delivery, Sponsor will substitute another prize of equal or greater value than the applicable value of the Selected Vehicle. If requested, each Winner must provide Sponsor with valid identification and/or a valid Social Security number as a condition of prize delivery. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for another prize or redeemed for cash. The Second Prize will be awarded in cash or by an equivalent form of payment determined by Sponsor. Income taxes relating to each prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable Winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification. Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on November 11, 2026, during the afternoon or evening, Central Time, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The first eligible Entrant selected will be the Grand Prize Winner and will have the right to choose between the 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and the 2024 GMC Sierra Single Cab described in Section 6. After the Grand Prize Winner is selected, a second, different eligible Entrant will be selected as the Second Prize Winner of the $3,000 cash prize. An Entrant may not win more than one (1) prize. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator using an audited random number generator or a similar random-selection method.

Winners will be notified by email, telephone, and/or text message using the contact information provided at the time of entry, within seven (7) business days after the drawing. Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release, together with a properly completed IRS Form W-9, within seven (7) calendar days after notification. Failure to timely return the requested documents and/or information, the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or Sponsor’s determination that a Winner is ineligible will result in forfeiture of the applicable prize, and an alternate winner will be selected and notified in the same manner as the original random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. If a potential winner is disqualified, fails to respond timely, or fails to complete the required documentation, Sponsor will conduct another alternate drawing for the applicable prize. Sponsor will continue alternate drawings until an eligible winner timely accepts and claims that prize. All Sponsor decisions are final. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

8. Prize Delivery. Sponsor will deliver or arrange delivery of each prize within a reasonable period, normally within thirty (30) days after Sponsor receives the applicable Winner’s complete and signed claim documents.

9. Taxes. The prize valuations stated above are based on reasonably available information provided to Sponsor. The value of each prize awarded to a Winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes applicable to that Winner’s prize. If a prize has a value of $2,000 or more, the applicable Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of that form will be filed with the IRS. A properly completed IRS Form W-9 is required as a condition of receiving a prize.

10. Privacy. Information submitted by an Entrant will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (“Policy”). Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes in accordance with applicable laws and Sponsor’s internal policies. By entering the Sweepstakes, the Entrant acknowledges having read and accepted the Policy and consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of the Entrant’s personal information in accordance with the Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty. The Selected Vehicle is awarded “as is” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), and all such warranties are hereby disclaimed.

12. Early Termination. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if (i) fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in Sponsor’s judgment; (ii) a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor; or (iii) an act of God or other circumstance reasonably beyond Sponsor’s control adversely affects Sponsor’s ability to deliver the prizes, for example, a pandemic, acts of terrorism, acts of war, weather, supply-chain disruptions, etc. In the event of early termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to determine one or both winners by random drawing from among all eligible and non-suspect entries received through the date/time of such termination.

13. Limitations of Liability, Release, and Force Majeure. Sponsor, Administrator, their respective affiliates, and any third-party platform on which the Sweepstakes is promoted will not be responsible for (i) technical problems or technical failures that may affect operation of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any of the following: (a) hardware or software errors; (b) computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless-connectivity, Internet, or other online communication failures; (c) errors or limitations of any Internet service provider, server, host, or provider; (d) garbled, jumbled, or faulty data transmissions; failure of any email transmission to be sent or received; (ii) lost, late, delayed, or intercepted transmissions; (iii) inaccessibility of any website, in whole or in part, for any reason, or Internet traffic congestion; (iv) unauthorized human or non-human intervention in the operation of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, viruses, bugs, or worms; (v) destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility, or unavailability of an account used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (vi) any typographical error in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on any website; or (vii) any bodily injury, including, without limitation, death, property damage, or loss of any kind that may be suffered by an Entrant or any other person arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor, Administrator, and each third-party platform on which the Sweepstakes is offered or made available, as well as the respective subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns of each of the foregoing, and the respective past and present officers, directors, owners, shareholders, members, managers, partners, principals, employees, attorneys, insurers, agents, and representatives of each of the foregoing (individually and collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may be caused by or contributed to by (i) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission of the Entrant or any third party; or (ii) any cause, condition, or event beyond the control of the Released Parties, including, without limitation, any act of God, war, pandemic, epidemic, terrorism, riot, water, hurricane, or fire.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY, FULLY, AND UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASES, DISCHARGES, AND HOLDS HARMLESS EACH RELEASED PARTY FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, COSTS, LOSSES, EXPENSES, ATTORNEYS’ FEES, DAMAGES, AND OTHER LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITIES (SUCH AS THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NON-USE OF ANY PRIZE), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUITS, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION FOR NEGLIGENCE, PROPERTY DAMAGE, BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), MATERIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF CONSORTIUM, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND ALL OTHER FORMS OF CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, AND DAMAGES.

The Entrant acknowledges having read and understood Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides as follows: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.” The Entrant, being aware of Section 1542, knowingly and voluntarily waives all rights and benefits that the Entrant has or may have under Section 1542 and under any comparable statute, rule, or common-law principle of any other jurisdiction, to the maximum extent such rights and benefits may lawfully be waived. The Entrant understands that this waiver means that the release contained in this Section 13 covers claims that the Entrant does not know or suspect to exist at the time of entry, including claims that would have affected the Entrant’s decision to enter the Sweepstakes if known, and the Entrant accepts the risk that the facts may prove different from what the Entrant currently believes. The Entrant intends this waiver to be a negotiated term of participation and not merely a recital.

14. Arbitration; Dispute Resolution. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Official Rules will be submitted to and resolved by binding arbitration, and any award may be confirmed in the courts identified below. The Entrant further agrees and irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in El Paso County, Texas, and the federal courts serving that county, for purposes of compelling arbitration, enforcing this arbitration provision, and reviewing, confirming, vacating, or entering judgment on any arbitration award, and the Entrant irrevocably waives any objection based on personal jurisdiction, venue, or forum non conveniens to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, including their provisions concerning hearing location and fees. Any decision or award resulting from such arbitration proceeding will be in writing and will provide an explanation of all findings of fact and conclusions of law. The proceedings, filings, orders, and arbitration award will be kept confidential to the maximum extent permitted by law. Disclosure is permitted when required by law, to enforce rights, or to obtain professional advice. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision. Before either party initiates arbitration, that party must send written notice of the dispute describing the claim and requested relief. The parties must allow at least 30 days to attempt informal resolution. Either party may bring an individual action in a small claims court in El Paso County, Texas, or in the county where the Entrant resides, if the claim qualifies. If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, that portion will be severed. The remainder will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Jury Trial Waiver; No Class Actions. ARBITRATION MUST BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU MAY NOT JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PARTIES IN ARBITRATION, OR LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER OF A CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY, AND YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO BRING SUCH A CLAIM OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY PROCEEDING IN SUCH A CAPACITY. IN ADDITION, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

16. Third-Party Platforms. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple, Google, YouTube, X, TikTok, or any other third-party platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints concerning the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to any third-party platform.

17. Winners List/Official Rules. To obtain a copy of the Official Rules and the Winners List, send a request by email to info@LoneStarWinners.com or mail a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope to Sponsor at the address stated above. Residents of Washington and Vermont are not required to provide a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope for the return mailing. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after announcement of the applicable Winners.

18. Language. If these Official Rules are translated into Spanish or any other language, the English version will control in the event of any conflict with a translation.
